  9. COACH Coaches try to create harmony in the world around them, by building rapport with people, creating a positive team atmosphere, looking after people's welfare, motivating people and/or providing a service to the satisfaction of others. They value people's contributions, seek to develop the role that others play, and invest a lot of effort in building positive relationships. They try to overcome differences of opinion and find ways in which the team can agree. CRUSADER Crusaders give importance to particular thoughts, ideas, or beliefs. They are value driven, and in a team discussion they often bring a sense of priority that is derived from their strong convictions. They seize upon and emphasise ideas or thoughts that have the greatest import, bringing them to the fore and stressing their significance. They assess the inherent value or importance of new ideas, focusing on those about which they feel most strongly. EXPLORER Explorers promote exploration of new and better ways of doing things, to uncover hidden potential in people, things or situations. They break new ground, and are often looking one step beyond the current situation to pursue unexplored avenues, until all the possibilities have been exhausted. Explorers often challenge the status quo and experiment with the introduction of change, to see if the situation can be improved or new potential uncovered. INNOVATOR Innovators use their imagination to create new and different ideas and perspectives. They observe the world around them, then use their imaginations to consider what they have observed from a number of different perspectives, and dream up new ideas and insights. Innovators often produce radical solutions to problems, develop long-term vision and demonstrate an apparent understanding of what cannot be clearly known. SCULPTOR Sculptors bring things to fruition by getting things done, and getting them done now! They are very action-oriented, dealing with whatever tasks the current situation presents, and spurring others into action as well. They make use of their experience and utilise tools or processes of which they already have knowledge. They try to have an immediate impact on things, injecting a sense of urgency, and aiming to achieve clear goals and tangible results. CURATOR Curators bring clarity to the inner world of information, ideas and understanding. They listen, ask questions and absorb information, so that in their mind's eye they can achieve as clear a picture or understanding as is possible. They expand their knowledge and collection of experiences, and also look to the future by envisaging clear goals and clear pathways to achievement of those goals. The focus on clarity also brings greater attention to detail. CONDUCTOR Conductors introduce organisation and a logical structure into the way things are done. They organise and systematise the world around them, establishing appropriate plans, identifying and implementing the correct procedures, and then endeavouring to make sure they are followed. They try to ensure that roles and responsibilities are properly defined and that appropriate resources or skills are available to undertake the work assigned. SCIENTIST/ RESEARCHERS Scientists provide explanation of how and why things happen. They bring structure and organisation into the inner world of ideas and understanding. They analyse things, formulating hypotheses and explanations of how they function, and gather evidence to assess how true those explanations are. They produce mental models that replicate how particular aspects of the world works, and they try to understand the full complexity of any situation.

  11. WNSO-being a passion for me- has been a great love for me and it sometimes surpasses gets more priority than that of my profession. I was associated with this organization since its inception to contribute something for nation building by attempting to organize likeminded groups’ under the same umbrella. So, I have not lose anything but able to get more friends: motivated, laborious and enthusiastic youths and best carer of the organization and society as well. I’m into WNSO not for personal benefit, its initiation for charitable purpose. If we are able to bring and wake up those hidden talent personalities, such team can exposure the capacity by knowledge advocacy and action for national building than really we’ll be benefited in the end. One of my friends went to UK for presenting a paper last year and I introduced him WNSO-UK friends for his easiness. When he returned to Nepal, he told “I got appreciative support from UK WNSO friends; they cared and guide me when in UK beyond expectation. Perhaps even my father would not care me like WNSO friend if he was there.” Like it, many individual have already been benefited from our members and society in Nepal and abroad. Its unique sense of charitable deed and its multifunctional activities have left marks in its journey. I’ve got lots of valued friends through WNSO-N. I loved to Chautari, frequently to read almost topic. And I would like to say the being involved in WNSO and serve the will of nation is a golden opportunity in the passage of life. Similarly it is high time that reciprocal relation among individuals staying within and outside country should unite deliberately to provide more benefit to the society channelling ideas, attempts and deed for positive change to see the dream of making New Nepal come true. I , therefore, try my best to support the WNSO from anywhere I am. best regards, Jagannath
  12. Lets hope for good... ....so try to participate in CA poll as conscious voters. Gaun pharkane ki!! regards, JN kharel
  13. Well, ppl say that the personal attitude can’t alter only through talking and listening surface or obtain a high position or degree but only power of visualize well and practice for good deed with honesty. So we can assess the quality of positivity within us or among others whether they or we have such quality or not. Can we expect more from Nepalese senior leaders who speak one thing and acting opposite?? Of course, our leaders are accustomed with traditional system, so they have fear with changing system. Adaptation/change is not easy process without positive approach. Without Optimistic thought, we can't achieve more in case of national independence and prosperity. It is urgent first to change the mentality among Nepalese allover the world "how to look this country ourself. "There is possible ..... depend on our deed despite it's small endevour from us. For the positive result, we must have positive attitude to get new prosperious Nepal from our efforts because change is needed for youths and juniors, not to them (Seniors). Sooner or later (but not distance), there is no alternative for change.
  14. It gives me pleasure to read good article with full information about caste system and frankly discussion about the issue. Discrimination is prevailing in various ways at each corner of the society but developing country like Nepal is more victimized culturally and psychologically. It does not exist only based on high caste and low caste, but within low caste and same ethnicity too. Discrimination itself begins when we use the word Dalit for categorizing socially low caste groups. And it is great misery that some scholars highlighted the caste system only based on historical perspective or religious perspective separately and some ruling leaders of the state have raised these issues blandly for popularity who really want oppress the so called social low caste group all the time or they want to be leader but they do not like visible change. Every surname has values and should be the matter of being proud rather than hesitating to express openly. The concept of caste became distinct and prominent during the reign of King Jayasthiti Malla end of fourteen century; the old code gave definition to the grounds of hierarchy and dictated the norms and behaviors of caste groups during the reign of Surendra shah at mid of nineteen century. Most radical change took after introduced of Naya Muluki Ain introduced equality among castes before the law at mid of twentieth century. Apart from it, there were some serious efforts made time again by combine force of castes to integrate both groups and enhance the quality of life of socially low caste but problem is not satisfactory reduced. Present movement and growing concern regarding socially low caste group is also same direction. Untouchables and discrimination can’t reduce only by paper work but logical discourse with advocacy with change of behavior and attitude individually is needed to change the society rather blame each other. Increasing of access and reducing of inequality can be only preventive measures to alleviate the untouchables and discriminations within caste system. How the term caste system is understood in our society, it base on our individual conscience and social practice. So it is important that what the things we doing now and how we behave against the caste system, rather what was in practice in past. This time is age of transformation to shift from paradox as well as conservative unproductive thoughts to positive change. Various types of movement can be also undertaken to spread the awareness and advocate about ethnic and economic inequality and biased cultural belief regarding so-called dalit and other ethnicities. Without limited interpretation about existing caste system, it should be national common agenda, which would only be achievable by changing of thinking ways and accustomed behaviors in pertaining of caste system and its deep rooted discrimination in real sense. The discrimination is to be solved through humanity and liberalism, through culturally, socially, economically and psychologically strengthened measures. Thanks again to you for nice article.
