  2. If I was blind It would be good for me coz i would not get chance to see the war If I was deaf , It would be nice for me coz I would not have the sorrow that encompasses me listening the news Everyday we are compelled to see the war-on our land, No sympathy ,no tolerance,No existence only the news without any sense only the news without any meaning and news deprive of the dreams of making cute and peaceful nation In the name of evolution and revolution we are moving to extinction of humanity that is leading us to the brutal crulety Be sure -my friends,it's not sign of bravery instead the symbols of animality, and may be passion of eradication Although we think ourselves as a highly developed living creature in the earth But our deeds is erasing the the pride of our ancestors that is curbing the morals of our legacy.

  5. The deputy leader of Nepal's Maoist rebels has ruled out the immediate possibility of peace talks with the government to end a deadly eight-year insurgency. "We don't see any possibility of peace talks right now," Baburam Bhattarai said in an interview with the rebel newspaper Janadesh, published on the Internet on Thursday. Bhattarai led peace negotiations with the government that collapsed in August, bringing an end to a seven-month ceasefire. Since then the rebels have stepped up attacks on government and civilian targets. The rebels walked out of the third round of talks last year after the government rejected their demands for a new constitution and the establishment of a communist state. "We can't imagine sitting down for peace talks and shaking hands with the murderers," Bhattarai told the newspaper, adding that the rebels' priority is currently to fight the army. The rebels began fighting in 1996 to abolish Nepal's constitutional monarchy and set up a socialist state. Since then more than 8,500 people have been killed and thousands have been displaced by the fighting.
  6. The mayor of Birgunj in southern Nepal was shot and killed by suspected Maoist rebels. Gopal Giri was shot at pointblank range, family sources said, noting he had refused to give into Maoist extortion demands. If the rebel connection is confirmed, it would be the first time the rebels have targeted the mayor of a major city. Since peace talks between the rebels and the government collapsed in August, the Maoists have made assassination bids on three senior army officers, killing two of them. in the final months of 2003, the Nepal government launched a major military offensive against the rebels. Birgunj is located 90 kilometers (56 miles) south of Kathmandu, the capital, near the Nepal-India border.Maoist rebels have been fighting since early 1996 to turn this Himalayan Kingdom into a communist republic. In October, the U.S. State Department designated the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) as a terrorist organization under a presidential executive order, freezing the group's assets in the United States and prohibiting financial support of the Maoists by U.S. citizens.

  10. The blackout of that night where we had to face extreme darkness in abscence of any illuminating object I can't forget eventhough it may be in vain coz I am nearby burning fire which gives me continous light and haet That night all the sources of light were extinguishedby someone to compel us to felel shy and defeated but there was next some one whose constant inspiration gave me that courage therefore,I am again here I am still ibeside the burning fire where I can read and write anything whatever i like without any fear I got all my happiness and freedom by that fire which constantly tries to create next fire in me I felt the warmth of fire that became indispensable with me I hope I'll be able to get that the same warmth in my rest of life without any interruption without any deminition, without any warmness

  14. let's imagine section 9 of any act states that"a person who sleeps on the bus station will have to pay fine, for the violation of the rules." lets assume i go to the bus stop to get on the night bus and while waiting for the bus,i fell asleep lets presume that a beggar goes to the bus stop to sleep taking his small matress which he uses everyday. now police arrest both of us ,and says to pay fine, my friends ,tell me who will be liable to pay the fine?both of us,or none of us ,or me alone if both of us have to pay fine then it will be higly discriminatory, and in fact ,that is not proper law, that is unjust law, unfair law.. it is very difficult to draw the boundary between wrong and right in some of the cases and interpretation of the statues by the court determine the exact meaning of the words while interpretation ,we should focus on the words, purpose of the acts, and intention of law givers.so language of the law is difficult to understand and interpret.mastery over the language and interpretation is highly recommended in present context law uses a lot of legal terms which is difficult to understand to the common lay persons.in the language of the law ,a lot of ambigious terms are used .like,in the previous american constituttion, where slavery was legal, instead of slavery the constitution makers used the terms like"particular institution" similarly,in language of the law, very simple words are used which have different meanings.for example ,like "sleep" which means ,to sleep on the bed,to sleep on the floor,to sleep on yhe path, road etc.so, sometimes sleeping in particular position and situation may be wrong and sometimes changing the situation does not constitute wrong DO NOT WORRY SLEEPING I.E,FALL ASLEEP WHILE WAITING THE BUS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY WRONGS AGAIN,in laws ,there are a lot of words which are highly flexible like terms "reasonable care","serious and will ful" ,negligent etc.. what is reasonable to you may be unreasonable to me.it is highly flexible .so court has right to know whether particular situation on the given circumstances was reasonable,it is called judicial discretion in common law system, where laws are not fairly codified ,there is high judicial discretion........
