In Nepal, many educational consultancy almost all, just plays game to make money only, their duty is not fair and only seeks money from students, most of them are unqualified, and never know about the coutnry and situation . all they know is just make money. so i think the students abroad and WNSO together help students to get all necessery online free or nominal processing fee.
