bijita 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2007 I pesonally request all the perspective or anticipating students to apply for scholarship which has more chances because if u plan to come here thinking study is free u are almost wrong. for your study material, transportation and lodging and fooding it sucks you very hardly unless you donot have strong and really strong financial support. but your main intention is not to study then come with language you would be blessed and shower with luck. English is no use here people donot give you a **** with other language than Swedish. English has to be locked into your room and classroom. http://www2.hhs.se/isa/swedish/ there is Uppasala university also www.uu.se www.du.se(Dalarna University) PS:iraki community is so florished here ,the place i'm living, RONNA is also known as little Bagdad. Welcome to all lets populate Sweden. Bijita
sunil 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2007 Yes, Life is truly hard in the Scandinavian Countries, if you have to spend the daily expenses from your pocket. BUt its not so difficult to get jobs too. But speaking SWEDISH is a very good advantage. You can get good job for that. Students studying in Sweden say that if you work for 20 hours per week, you can easily sustain your life there. Also during vacation you can work full time for 3 months and collect money for your future expenses. In Sweden, you do not have to pay for education, that is a huge advantage. There are also other possibilities to get grants and for that you should be clever enough right from the beginning, at the time of application for course. If you know addtional other european language like french, spanish, german etc., it will be addtional advantage. Sweden is a very peaceful country to stay and though its very expensive there, you can manage to live on a limited budget if you want.
