shyamprad 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2008 Bmalj ji, This is what politics is, and how can we predict on political up/downs? There is nothing impossible in POLITICS; and in the mean time, there is nothing possible in political sense. Mentioned above is a pure inputs and outputs political of political GAMES. What a good contradiction, isn't it? We people are living in between these contradictions, and either of these may imply with us. Election?? Hope it will find it's open path to success. This is our, Nepalese people's, voice. I can't say, what is going with our political leaders alias OPERATORS. LONG LIVE-PEACE NEPAL !!

WEll said Sir, the worst case scenario of Nepal is fragile politics, unsecure leaders, corrupted vision and impotent representatives..... For a complete metamorphosis, there should be a total brain drain and wash. like they say seek and destroy

chamatkaribaba 0 Report post Posted April 2, 2008 It's not only for Republic Nepal. This Election is not going to remove monarchy alone but hopefully many bad things about Nepal which hinder Nepal's smooth Progress. First of all, This election is for making a new Constitution which decides what form of democracy we want. Second, it will clearly lay down where the power lies- who will be the real sovereign? who will exercise the sovereign power? how the three different organs of states are made independent and how check and balance is maintained? Third, It tries to restructure the various things in Nepal like- appointment of SC Judges, appointment of CIAA chief, Reconstruction of PUblic Service Commission. why? to make it more inclusive and to make it certain that the fruits of democracy and liberation will be distributed equally. Fourth, it gives us idea how nepalese economy will be in coming years- we may want socialist, or fully capitalist. It lays down the power of parliament to make laws regarding property rights and how lands will be distributed equally. Fifth, it will remove all forms of slavery and servitude, removes discrimination based on colour, caste, place of birth, region, language, dress etc. and makes Nepal an inclusive state. Lastly, it gives the power to parliament to amend the constitution when necessary without letting people down. Hopefully, these all aspirations of people will be met by this constitution.
