  1. Nothing could be worse than this, nepalese who were in Iraq just for make earning who has nothing to do with the war were killed just saying that they are helping jews and christians. As far as killing of our nepali brothers, those are cowards who hide themselves behind the mask and kill the innocnet people with their hand tied and call them selves fighting for Islam. They think muslims live only in Iraq or Afganistan or only in MiddleEast, no where else not in Nepal. Whatever they do to us definitley we are not gonna sit our hands tied there will be definitely be revenge. I know that is not the solutions it iwll just kill the innocent people, but when you see your brothers slaughtered like animals how will you feel? As far as our government's efforts were just a formality nothing more than that. They were never serious about it. Not just the governmnet all the politicains of our country fight only for the post, power and money nothing else. This the result of on going porblem in our own country neither we had this problem of maoist and the power struggle nor our innocent dajubhai who were killed in Iraq were travelled there to earn their livings. At least now for god sake and the sake of nepalese people these politicians should stop these nonsense and try to bring peace in our country. Once we were called peace loving nation, and wants to bring peace around the world but now it all seems like a joke. We alwyas have Nepal Bandh, always have protest, demonstrations. .
  2. Dear frens, After reading the news that our fellow nepalese were killed in Iraq, made me so upset, I just couldn't think why always us? 3 indian who were captured before our brothers and returned home safely even after 42 days. Is our government's effort were not good enough or that is the fate of being nepali I just couldn't understand. This is all because of on going problem in our country. I pray to god to rest the soul of all those nepalese in peace and give the courage to all their relatives and their families to go through this hard time.

  9. Dear frens here are some of the facts and figures about wembley stadium, obtained from the community newsletter of Wembley: * With 90,000 seats the new Wembley will be the largest football stadium in the world with every seat under cover. There will be no obstructed views. * The arch is 133 metres abouve the level of the external concourse. * The stadium roof rises to 52 metres above the pitch. This compares to 35 metres tall Twin Towers of the old stadium. * The new Wembley has a circumference of 1 km. * The London Eye could fit between the top of the arch and pitch. * The new roof will be over 11 acres. Four acres are movable. * The rows of seating, if placed end to end, would stretch 54 kms. * 3,700 separate piles will form the foundations of the new stadium. The deepest of these, at 35 metres, is deep as the Twin tower tall. * There will be 35 miles of heavy duty power cables in the stadium. * With a span of 315 metres, the arch will be the longest single span of roof structure in the world. * With a diametre of 7.4 metres the arch is wide enough for a Channel Tunnel train to run through. * 90,000 cubic metre of concrete and 23,000 tonnes of steel will be used in the constructin of the new stadium. * The roof alone will weigh almost 7,000 tonnes. At peak construction there will be 1,500 people working on site. * The new pitch will be 4 metres lower than the prevous pitch. * Each of the two gaint screens in the new stadium is the size of 600 domestic televison sets. * The new Wembley encloses 4,000,000 cubic metres inside its walls and under its roof. This is the equivalent of 25,000 double decker buses or 7 billion pints of milk. * The total length of the excalators will be the ame as a 400 metre running track. * There will be 2000 toiltes which WNSL estimate is more than any other building in the world. * There is more room in EVERY seat in the new Wembley STadium than there ws in the Royal Box of the old stadium. Hope this little piece of inforamtion will be useful for those who are interested knowing about New Wembley stadium. Rajeev
