Tips to avoid injuries while using Computer

1.Maintain good posture - your head should be straight and your shoulders and hips should line up .

2.Be sure your monitor is at an appropriate height and angle; it should be at eye level or below - tilted slightly away from you.

3.Use appropriate lighting - windows should be at right angles to the screen and there should be enough lighting to easily read the words on the screen.

4.Use a vertical copyholder to keep your head properly aligned.

5..Adjust your chair to an appropriate height for you - your feet should be flat on the floor (Use a footrest if this is not possible).

6.Use a chair with good back support or use a pillow or rolled towel to provide support.
7.Keep your wrists straight and use a wrist support, if necessary.

8.Keep a loose hold of your mouse.

9.Take a break and move around.

10.Take a break and stretch.
