ANSAB (Asia Network for Sustainable Agriculture and Bioresources) is an international non-governmental organization with its headquarters in Kathmandu.

ANSAB is seeking dynamic, energetic and career-oriented professionals for its various programs in Nepal.

District Manager - Field Based.

Main responsibilities:

- overall management of program and personnel in the district

- coordinate project activities planning and monitoring in the district

- facilitate BDS market development (both demand and supply sides) in the district

- extend training to district staff and other stakeholders in BDS market development

- prepare work plans and reports

- coordinate with the project regional office and concerned stakeholders

Minimum requirements:

Master in Agriculture, Forestry or Natural Resource Management with 2yrs. of experience in similar field, good command in Nepali and English both written and spoken, and MS Office applications. Bachelors with extensive work experience are also eligible.

ANSAB officers competitive package of salary and benefits commensurate with candidate's capabilities. Only short-listed candidates will be notified for further selection process.
