GRADUATE ASSISTANTSHIP IN FORESTRY (University of Florida)

A half-time assistantship (M.S. or Ph.D.) is available at the University of
Florida, West Florida Research and Education Center (WFREC). The
successful applicant can undertake a research project in any one of the
following areas: forest ecology, ecophysiology and silviculture. WFREC is
one of the 17 off-campus research and education programs within the
University of Florida system and includes the Milton campus (15 miles
northeast of Pensacola) where academic programs are located. Students will
be required to complete their coursework in Gainesville with research
occurring at WFREC. Minimum qualifications include a B.S. degree in
forestry or in any biological sciences with good written and oral
