Can we invite him in the forum. I think the proposal you have envisaged is quite interesting. To start with, why not to start up a new thread?

Out of context, wouldn't it be a good idea to research on the different levels and areas of education of students in UK (for the start) and the impact it could have on the country's economic growth if all of them returned to Nepal after their education? Or the risk-analysis of UK-trained graduates losing out in terms of relevant graduate jobs in the nepalese job market. Perhaps Devan and Satish in association with the British Council in Nepal could do something like a combined research. I'm sure it'll make a very good paper. Easier said than done!!!

By the way Satish, if you are interested in interacting with another nepalese doing a PhD in risk-analysis (I've aboslutely no idea about his research), I know one guy in Glasgow.
