Sushant, I tried to tell something about this earlier. Believe us that no one knows where the selected student will be sent. If you are selected, you may get a very good or the worst college. So, do not worry now but if u are selected, u can do little "due diligence" knowing about college before you departure from home............That's all we can say.Otherwise, we say something like "symbiosis pune, uni. of pune and bangalore uni."

Now, Regarding stipend, it's a good question, U will be given Rs. 3600 IRS. if u stay in college hostel, if u stay outside in rented flat, u get Rs. 6000 IRs. That is not that great amount but just can maintain decent life. If u stau in hostel, no need to worry about ur hostel fee but u have to pay cost of foods, clothes, books, copy, pensils...etc.

College tution fee(admission, monthly) will be born by ICCR, no need to worry about that.

Regarding merit/source, both works there............if u have source link, try to use, otherwise, just depend on merit if u may be selected.

Hope that it gives u some insight.

all the best
