Will you take a nap during semniar if you are a Chief Guest, or will go on crunching potato chips? I guess person with good manner will not do that.
In same way, in this modern world, no Chief guest in seminar will talk in Mobile Phone no matter what.
Generally when the guest is in high position like minister, his/her PA take care all of those calls and request. But what about our minister. I guess government provide PA to all ministers.
They should learn some etiquette.

First of all, thank you E_major ji for bringing such kind of issue here.

Joy ji, do not make joke everywhere yar! tongue.gif

I agree with Rayan ji here. Kura aayo manner ko. Manner ko kura garda, yadi tiniharuma sachchai manner hunthyo ta kina Banduk uthauthe. Democracy bhitra chunaav ladi jitera aayera dekhauna sakthe ni, hoina ra? Maharako lagi manner bhaneko GUN ho. Education hunu paryo ni, tyasai hunchha? An education does makes some difference!! huh.gif

Infact, ministers should not be allowed to be chief guests in opening ceremony of anything to cut off the overwelhming expenses that incur to arrange such ceremonies.

There is nothing wrong to talk in Mobile if it is absolutely necessary. It may be that everyone talks in phone but when camera flashes, just by coincident, Mahara has been portrayed as if he always talks in phone in seminars.

It may be desirable not to talk while conference going, but it should not be of such a great issue for debate.

Love is stolen,

Alas! What can you expect from others,
